Daniel Giaquinto received his juris doctor from Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. While in law school, he was duly elected to the Student Bar all three years. He eventually became Speaker of the Senate, as well as Editor and Chairman for the law school newsletter. He was number one in his class in several courses, participated in Moot Court competitions, and ultimately graduated cum laude and in the top 15% of his class. 

Outside of the office, Daniel Giaquinto enjoys a fulfilling family life. He has been happily married to his wife, Danielle, for nine years, and together they have two young children—a son and a daughter—who keep them on their toes. Whether engaging in various activities with his children or enjoying family outings, Daniel values the time he spends with his family and treasures the balance between his professional and personal life. His dedication to his loved ones mirrors the commitment and care he brings to his clients.
